Dear Students, Parents and Friends,
Spring has finally sprung! No more snow pants, mittens, hats, and boots! However, we will have to deal with wet areas on our playground from time to time. When that happens, we are grateful to have a large blacktop area south of the gymnasium. It works great! The warmer weather never fails to bring out behaviors that we haven't seen for a while on the playground. It's an exciting time of year, but please reinforce in your children that bus and playground rules need to be followed at all times. Our students have been doing a great job this year. Thanks for your continued support.
To assure that all of our students are as safe as possible in our schools, we need your help. When you come to the elementary schools during school hours for any reason we are asking that you check into the office first. The office staff will assist you with your needs. This way we can keep track of all visitors in the buildings. If there is a need to visit a classroom you will be issued a visitor's pass from the office. All our visitors are following this procedure much more carefully this year. Also, if usual transportation plans change for your child for the day, please send a note with your child in the morning. Thank you for your cooperation.
We understand the importance of having a strong school/community relationship. That is why you are invited to our schools at any time. We encourage you to get involved with the education of the students in our schools. We welcome your input and realize our jobs will be much more meaningful if we work together. We are proud of our accomplishments at our elementary schools and are continually looking for ways to improve.

The mission of the St. Croix Falls Elementary Schools as well as the district is to provide a quality educational program for all children that will equip each student with the skills, knowledge and attitudes to enable them to be lifelong learners, and to lead them to live a productive life in a democratic society.
