Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing instructional support to special education students, working 1:1 with students, supporting students throughout the day, and working with medically fragile students.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills, note-taking skills, and a strong desire to work with high school students. Epilepsy training and experience, or a medical background, will be given preference.
Successful applicants will be required to apply for special education aide licensure (#833) through the Department of Public Instruction and complete Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) training as a contingency of employment.
