The St. Croix Falls High School seeks a passionate and experienced individual to lead our Girls Golf Program as Head Coach. We are committed to developing a competitive, respectful, and inclusive athletic environment that encourages student-athletes to grow on and off the course.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and conduct practices and matches.
- Develop and implement effective coaching strategies and techniques.
- Foster individual and team development through mentorship, encouragement, and skill development.
- Promote academic success, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
- Manage team logistics, including scheduling, transportation, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, staff, and the athletic department.
- Ensure compliance with all school, district, and league policies.
